MELISSA BLACK - DIRECT CARE WORKER

Human Support Services (HSS) is pleased to announce the hire of Melissa Black as a full time direct care worker at the “Bradford” apartment sites.  Melissa enjoys taking her daughter to the park and spending time with her fiancé.   She comes to HSS with experience in caregiving.  Melissa will teach mentally ill clients daily living skills to help them live as independently as possible in the community.  In this role, she teaches/assists with daily living skills, passes medications, and provides social skills training.  She is supervised by Site Manager Dawn Garner.  HSS provides 24-hour supervision to 40 developmentally delayed or mentally ill clients.
